Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Full Legs.

A Full Legs waxing appointment usually takes 30 to 45 minutes, depending on hair density and client comfort. First visits can be slightly longer for consultation and skin prep; experienced clients often spend less time in the treatment room.

Prepare by exfoliating gently two to three days before and keeping skin clean and dry on service day. Hair should be about 1/4 inch long; avoid tanning, heavy moisturizers, and blood-thinning medications when possible.

Some discomfort is normal, especially on first waxing or sensitive areas, but pain is brief. Reduce it by breathing steadily, taking a mild pain reliever beforehand if appropriate, and using numbing products or scheduling outside sensitive hormonal times.

Results typically last three to six weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle and lifestyle. With regular waxing, regrowth often becomes slower and finer, allowing longer intervals between appointments and progressively smoother legs over time.

Immediate redness, slight swelling, and tiny bumps are common but usually fade within a day or two. Prevent irritation by avoiding heat, tight clothing, and exfoliation for 24–48 hours; use calming lotions and contact us if severe reactions occur.

Certain medications and skin conditions can increase sensitivity. Blood thinners, recent retinoids or Accutane use, and active sunburn are concerns. Always disclose medications and skin history; we may recommend a patch test, postpone service, or adapt techniques to ensure your safety.
