Mild peeling or flaking is common for several days after treatment, depending on peel strength. We provide aftercare to reduce discomfort and speed recovery; avoid sun and use gentle moisturizers and SPF as directed.

Tell your technician about all topical or oral acne medications. You may need to pause retinoids, chemical exfoliants or recent prescriptions before treatment; some oral medications require longer wait times. We’ll advise safe timing during consultation.
Because higher-strength salicylic peels can be absorbed systemically, we generally avoid or modify treatments during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Always consult your obstetrician and your esthetician to choose safe alternatives for acne care.
Avoid sun exposure, tanning, waxing and strong topical actives (retinoids, acids) for several days prior. Arrive with clean skin, skip heavy makeup, and bring a list of medications so we can tailor the peel safely.
